Alison and Chris have the formula spot on. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent response to all our needs and a very friendly approach to running a truly spectacular place. It's a kids and adults paradise with every need catered for. Great pool and games room, kids garden furniture and trampoline. Bikes galore and a games/cinema room in case the weather changes or for a evening get together. Local wine a steal and very good. Would not hesitate to recommend to any that like luxury. We had a party of 7 adults and two children under three. You can lock off the pool for children which makes it completely safe for little ones - a real safe touch.
