The games room is having a bit of a make over. The plan is to have all the walls re plastered and painting with improved lighting for the pool table and the pool table. A new floor will make it feel like a games room rather than a garage and we have nicked a bit of space from our store room to build a new W.C.

Kitchen is well on its way. New sockets in place and new induction hob with 3 oven range ordered and due to be delivered next week. The utility room is having a tumble drier added as well as a large drinks fridge so there is plenty of room in the main fridge for food and other goodies.

The courtyard doesn't look quite as nice as it did before we started work! It's really difficult ripping out all the hard work we have put in over the last 13 years but it will look fantastic once all the improvements are in place.
