Just like Deli counters and butchers there is a large number of bakeries in every town and it would be easy to visit a different one every day of your stay here. Forno al Ponte on via Barsento was the first bakery we ever visited 12 or so years ago and it is still our favourite today. Whenever we out working in the area we always pick up our rolls from here and the Casalingo bread is a firm favourite with meals at home. This is also a coffee shop so perfect for having a cappuccino and croissant (cornetto) with a quick break during your shopping trip.
